Reclaim & Renew Your Inner Narrative

Thought Record Journal below.
Change Your Soundtrack
Have you ever had a fight with someone in your head? You might imagine what you would say to that person and then scripted their lines too!
Have you ever experienced worry or anxiety that led you to imagine a future scenario? If rehearsed, it may become a narrative in your mind replaying that scenario over and over and holding you in fear.

Inner narrative is the story you tell yourself about your past, your present, and your future. It can also be the dialogue about the people you interact with and the circumstances you experience. Left unchecked, your inner narrative can create unreliable or untrue versions of your life experiences. When repeated, inner narratives like these become a soundtrack playing in the background of your mind.

Thought Record Journal
The Thought Record Journal was created as a companion for the Bible study, Change Your Soundtrack.
The Thought Record Journal has:
* A helpful user guide
* 40 thought record templates
* Biblical principles and methods for mind and heart change
The Thought Record Journal guides Christian women in identifying and evaluating their inner narrative by breaking down the thoughts they have, the emotions they experience, and the truths they choose to believe about what happens to them.

Your inner narrative is the story you tell yourself about your past, your present, and your future. Replayed over and over, inner narratives inform our perspective and can keep us in bondage. Some inner narratives can write scripts for our relationships and our future, or rewrite events from the past. Thoughts can create strongholds if they are not taken captive (2 Corinthians 10:3-5).
This journal was created for Christian women to use as a tool to examine their thoughts as they seek change from the inside out. Using modern-day counseling tools and biblical principles for redirecting thoughts, the Thought Record Journal has given women success in overcoming thoughts that hold them in bondage.
This journal is helpful for any woman seeking to reclaim her thoughts and surrender them to God so that He can renew her mind. This is a guided journal. Using leading questions and the application of biblical truth, journalers can discover the difference it makes when thoughts are surrendered to God and He rewrites their inner narrative.
